The Hunter River Sewer Utility began providing service to area residents in 1995   Service is provided to approx 114 clients.  In 2015, the utility began major upgrades to the treatment plant and lift station to allow for improved treatment of waste and additions to the system.  The Utility operates under the Rules and Regulations of the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission and the Provincial Water and Sewer Act.  Click the buttons below for more information about the HRSU.
